General conditions

• Check-in: from 2.00 pm (early check-in on request);
• Late self check-in after 21.00 free (for a fee with the presence of the staff: 20.00 euros)
• Check-out: by 10.00 in the morning (late check-out on request, with the possibility of luggage storage on site)

Discounts

• Children under 3 years (0-2 years): free overnight stay (sleeping in parents' bed, only in some rooms)
• Groups starting from 4 rooms/8 guests, with discounts of up to 20% on list rates

Payment conditions and cancellation policy

• The rates indicated do not include the municipal tourist tax (where required and applicable, as per regulation)
• To confirm reservations, an advance payment (equal to 30% of the total amount) is required at the time of booking confirmation, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card - IN CASE OF CANCELLATION WITH COMMUNICATION WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL IS PROVIDED FOR FULL REFUND, vice versa the amount paid will be retained. In high and very high season the free cancellation terms are 15 days.
• Alternatively, it is possible to provide credit card details as a guarantee (with subsequent verification of the data provided and freezing of the amount of the first night of stay)
• On site it is possible to pay in cash and by credit card.
